This page is a working outline. Final wording must be reviewed by counsel before launch — the sections below set out what has to be covered, not the finished text.

Who we are

Advanced Coaching & Leadership Center, Inc., 1400 Camp Letoli Road, Saint Jo, Texas 76265, United States.

What we collect

Information you give us directly: name, email address, telephone number where provided, preferred language, and the interests you select. Information collected automatically: device and browser data, pages visited and referral source, through the cookies described in the cookie policy.

Why we use it

To send you what you asked for, to deliver what you buy or enrol in, to answer enquiries, to measure how the sites are used, and — where you consented — to send the weekly newsletter. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Service providers processing data on our behalf: host, email platform, payment processor, analytics and course platform. Each is bound to process only on our instructions. A complete processor list must be published here.

How long we keep it

Subscription records for as long as you remain subscribed plus a defined retention period; order and financial records for the period required by law. Exact periods to be set with counsel.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. The GDPR covers EU residents, the CCPA covers California, and the LFPDPPP covers Mexico.

International transfers

We operate from the United States. Data from elsewhere is transferred to and processed there under appropriate safeguards.

Dev note · Must be reviewed by counselScaffolding, not a policy. Three jurisdictions are in scope: GDPR, CCPA and Mexico’s LFPDPPP, since the ecosystem targets Spanish speakers. The January audit flagged the absence of accessible policies as high priority and it is still open across all three sites. The processor list must be real before launch. Assessment answers and resulting profiles are personal data: they are used to produce the result and to inform coaching, and are never published without written consent.
